The Scottish National Windsurfer squad is team of no more than 12 of the very best Windsurfers in the country. These sailors are selected based on results at key selection events as well as perceived potential and positive mental approach to learning. Generally the windsurfer squad is populated by sailors who progress through the team 15 program.
