Being a member of the RYA Scotland National Squad gives young athletes access to a team of the best coaches in Scotland as well as input from the sportscotland institute with regards their physical training through fitness testing twice a year.

Squads will meet 5 times throughout the winter for training camps which are held at Cumbrae National Watersports Centre.
