RYA Scotland has a performance oriented program which has the ultimate aim of getting sailors to achieve their full potential and maintaining the flow of performance level athletes into the RYA GBR Olympic Program.

This attained through the RYA Scotland squad system as well as tailored support programs designed to help maximise performance at key events.

RYA Scotland has to date been very successful in achieving this goal and currently has four sailors within the GBR Olympic Program who are supported through the sportscotland Institute and with boat provision by RYA Scotland.
