RYA Scotland is committed to improving the numbers and standard of coaching in the country. The performance coaching team have annual coaching development events aimed at increasing and broadening the coach knowledge base.

RYA Scotland is also focussed on increasing the numbers of RYA Coaching Level 2 qualified sailors in all clubs around the country and organises courses at clubs throughout the year.

If you are looking to get qualified or think there is a few people in your club who may want to get qualified please contact the Scottish High Performance Manager and he will arrange for a course to be run at your home club.
