Squad Programmes 


RYA Scotland has developed its approach to high performance sailing over a number of years. The current programme is has yielded some incredible talent and is constantly changing to meet the needs of modern day performance sport.

The aims of the squads are simple, to get as many Scottish sailors as possible into GBR and Olympic teams.
