Annual General Meeting 

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Royal Yachting Association Scotland will be held within Largs Sailing Club on Saturday 23rd March 2013 at 5.30pm, when reports on the year to 31st December 2012 will be made and the following Special Resolutions considered :

(1) That Article 4.8.1 of the Association’s Articles of Association shall be altered as follows : (i) the figure “9” is deleted and “8” inserted therefor; (ii) the words “The North of Scotland Yachting Association, The West Highlands and Islands Sailing Association” are deleted and “the Association’s Sailing Development Groups (acting together)” inserted before “and RYA Sailability”; and

(2) That Article 6.2 of the Association’s Articles of Association shall be altered by the deletion of “March” and “June” inserted therefor.
